A water softener will stop the accumulation of scale and will remove existing scale over time. Six weeks will remove typical scale.

As expected my Agua Hot 600D-002 is operating perfectly normal. However, the water loop inside the broiler is 98-99% clogged with hardwater build up.
For two days now I have had a pump hooked up to the water loop pushing straight vinegar through the loop at 35 psi, with only a very small drip, an occasional small intermated stream exiting the other end.
I need to find a solution to this as plan B is to replace the system, which is of course is extremely expensive.

I don't see how the water loop is responsible for your complaints of your 600D not heating your coach as the water loop is not a part of that circuit. Did you find a 2nd issue relating to your cabin heat and resolve it?

Thank you Sanddog,
I solved the problem, I had to order a new tank. Unfortunately, there were no refurbished tanks available ($2,300). So I had no choice but to purchase a new take ~ $3,400 plus new fluid $500+ (which has skyrocketed in price) I will do the swap myself which will save ~$1,000 that I was quoted.
Word to the wise! Only put soft water into your Aqua-Hot system, or flush and clean with vinegar annually. I am shocked that flushing the hot water loop annually is not one of the recommended maintenance items by Aqua-Hot.
When I install the new tank I will install water line tee's and valves on top of the unit for easy maintenance in the future.

Hi Bon,
The water loop has nothing to do lack of heat in the coach. Thanks to regular maintenance my AHE600-D02 is running as if it were new.
I think the lack of heat in the coach has something to do with the heat exchangers throughout the coach. That issue is next on my to do list to figure out.

For future reference, anyone reading this may want to consider using a non toxic descaler specifically made for boilers or heat exchangers. Of course, this would be with the approval of the Aquahot manufacturer. If the manufacturer only approves vinegar, then that's what you use. Because an acid like vinegar is neutralized as it interacts with scale, Ph must be monitored and the solution replaced when it weakens, and the process continued. You can monitor for dissolved solids as well a Ph to indicate when the scale is removed, or just flush until you get good flow.
Even still, a heavily scaled system can take a long time to clean out unless the part is removed and hit hard with some pretty nasty stuff.
Distilled or demineralized water should always be used in any boiler system - or approved premixed coolant. Some tap water is VERY hard!

Demineralized water will slowly re-mineralize itself using the copper domestic water coil inside the AH tank !

Keep in mind, the problem was with the potable water line within the heat exchanger/broiler.
