Try running a strong magnet across the top of the recall control box to reset it. Let us know if you need the NO CO reset procedure if that error code pops up as well

I would call David Force. He's very responsive to issues like yours and I'm sure he could assist you.

I left my recall box in when I replaced mine in January and did not get any codes.

Did you try reattaching the recall box?

Unplugging the refrig unit from the wall outlet and plugging it back in should reset everything.

If the previous poster's suggestions don't work, I would give David Force a call. He is very helpful and willing to spend the time with you on the phone.

My unit was installed last summer. The "recall box" is no longer needed.

The Norcold recall not necessary with Amish cooling unit.
Here is a thread about the Norcold reset.
You should recheck the wiring for 12v control board a TSB can be found in this link.
Check wiring for control board for 12v feed to it without the recall wiring.

I was given the following procedure from a service tech to erase stored fault memory from my Norcold Refrigerator Model N64. It has worked several times!
- Turn "On/Off" to turn on
- Press "Temp Set" & "Mode" at same time to display "1"
- Press "Mode" to go to screen "6", "Er" should display
- Press and hold "Temp Set" until "CL" displays, then release
- Wait five seconds and press and hold "Temp Set" until "Er" displays, then release
- Press "On/Off" to turn off
Press "On/Off" to turn on
TO RESET CONTROL BOARD, SHORT PIN 15 TO GROUND???
