Replacement power leveling controller

Greetings,

I've got a 1999 National Dolphin that has a faulty PowerGear hydraulic leveling system. My control panel is the faulty part, water has leaked on it from the roof in the passed. Until now, it's worked to remove the panel and spray the guts with contact cleaner. It powers up and functions but this solution isn't reliable.

These panels have evolved over time so I've yet to find another version with the same connections. Does anyone have a spare panel by chance? Or a possible to solution to actually fix the panel I have?

If it's the connectors you spray down and then they work, you could solder in new ones. The one 6 pin is exactly what is used in computer mother boards. If you don't have the ability to do this call Movin On CB shop.

I've had them fix all kinds of stuff for me. You could ship it to them.
You may need both male and female connectors
Hope this helps.

This is the replacement touch pad and wiring harness needed to upgrade your system.

Ouch that replacement kit is $$$$$$

If it was me I would solder new molex pig tails on you can even buy new male and female pins and the tool to take them out on Amazon.

Just takes a little research.

Nvs, you misread his post. He didn’t say he cleans the contacts, he said he sprays the entire board. It’s apparently an issue with corrosion on the board itself.

Thanks for the replies gents. Ideally, I hope I can find an affordable used one, but I realize the chances are slim. Since I've been spraying the entire board, it's unclear what area specific is the culprit. Loose solder? Worn switch/button? Perhaps sending it away to get looked at is my best option.
Any Canadian options anyone might know of?

man, I can't believe that thing is so expensive. It's about 5 bucks worth of electronics, and really doesn't do much. I would bet you can repair the one you have by careful disassembly and clean with a toothbrush and some rubbing alcohol.
