Residential fridge Trimming

I have ordered a residential refrigerator for my RV and have a question for you folks who have installed one yourselves. I know I need airspace on both sides, the back, and the top, but wonder if I can add molding tight to top and sides of the fridge where it comes out of the cabinet. Can I add weather stripping also to seal out hot or cold air coming from the cabinet into the living area? Not sure at this point what to do so I thought I would ask you folks. Thanks!

When I did our replacement. Added insulation to close top roof vent and taped up lower vent on outside. For the inside I left the small gap on sides and also added some vent holes top and bottom. This allows some ventilation around sides and top where it is needed. Did not have any problems with excess heat inside.
