Residential Refrigerators
I'm researching replacement refrigerators for my 1200 Norcold for "when the time comes". Many people seem very happy with the Samsung units that can run on a MSW inverter. I'd love to learn of other refrigerators besides Samsung that are okay with a MSW inverter. Seems most require a PSW unit. This just for research and creating a list of possibilities. Thanks for any input!

Generally speaking you would want to look at fridges that do not have water and ice in the door. It's the associated electronics that can cause MSW inverter problems.

So. End of the world. No electricity to run the pumps to supply the propane. So, no propane. Means - have to be self sufficient. Solar panels to charge batteries to run energy efficient fridge. Hmmm. Residential fridge!

You're welcome. Here are a couple of sites that are good for browsing, and should you decide to buy, they both have free shipping and no tax.
Refrigerators - Refrigerator
Discount Refrigerators and Freezers | French Door, Side by Side, Top Freezer, Bottom Freezer & Built-In | Goedeker's
I purchased mine from Goedekers and had it shipped directly to the shop. Everything went very smoothly.

If you're referring to me, I do apologize. It was my weak attempt at sarcastic humor.
