roof with many patches--no leaks

hi rv friends,
we have been living in our 2001 carriage cameo since july and are very happy with it.

however we are about to head west into the heat and sun of south texas and think we oughta address the roof before we go.
the roof shows no signs of leakage (thank the universe!) but does have quite a lot of patches all over it.

local rv repair center wants to reseal it using dacor or dikor material, i'll find out tomorrow when we stop by---(I couldn't understand the repair man's accent)! after they add an additional air conditioner unit in the bedroom. they intend to replace the fan with the ac unit so no new holes cut into the roof.

please advise on a brand or process, as this is not something with which we have any experience!
thanks very much, see you on the road!

Patches and coats are the same; temporary fixes. Also, you may not SEE leaks, but it still could be. If it's been patched, I wouldn't coat it over. New or nothing honestly.
