Does anyone know if there is a direct replacement for my
Coleman Mach 8530-3381 Digital Heat Pump RV Thermostat

This is the Coleman-Mach thermostat catalog, I have no ideal if there is a direct replacement.
John Canfield did a complete thermostat replacement to a different brand and style. Hopefully he will see your post and reply; or you could locate one of his many posts and send him a PM.

RVP Coleman no longer sells the 8530-3381. It appears the Internet has no stock remaining.

The superceded thermostat is PN: 9630A3371. It is smaller, compact and digital. Very straightforward to wire up.

Some MH owers have change to an entirely different thermostat. The links I have pertain to thermostats for a basement unit though.

All things Foretravel has several pdf's pertaining to air conditioner and furnace thermostats and replacements.
