RV Trough Faucet

Is there a screen of some type that gets plugged up like the standard screen on a standard faucet that unscrews the aerator & screen to clean.
I have one of these trough faucet's in the bathroom and think the water flow is being restricted, but not sure how to find or clean any screen if there is one..
Before I tear into it, I would just like to know if there is any screen or something to clean out or replace. Don't want to spend a couple hours tearing it apart and find out there is nothing there to clean out and then have to try to put it all back together...

Mine has two screws that hold the screen in place. Using a flashlight look into where the water flows from and the screen should be easily seen.
