Samsung RF 18 ice maker question

Just recently installed a Samsung RF 18 in my MH. So far I like it alot my only question is it doesn't seem like the freezer drawer on the bottom doesn't come out far enough to allow the ice tray to be removed. Is this a common problem with others with this Samsung refrig ??

I'd measure the drawer opening and then go to an appliance store that sells the same model and measure it. Perhaps your drawer slides are blocked by something or maybe a piece of trim is preventing full extension.

The bin is designed to be tilted up to remove. Not very useful when the bin is full of ice. We scoop the ice to the door end of the bin to minimize spilling.
