My husband removed it to check the things you discussed. Turns out there was a little bit of dog hair in the sail switch. He removed at and it worked! We are once again happy campers. Thank you for all you help. We actually learned a lot.

That's really great news. Sad that you froze but now you know much more about your appliances and RV to help bad things from happening.
