Separating Furnace Control from AC - Dometic System

We have a 2007 Monaco Cayman with two AC/heat pump units that are dual zone units. The front furnace slaves off of the front AC and the rear furnace slaves off of the rear AC unit. Also the rear AC slaves off of the front AC unit. Long story short, if either AC unit fails the entire system goes down.

The front unit fails to cool because it will not switch out of heat pump mode. (Probably stuck solenoid valve.) We are looking at having to replace the front unit. The rear AC has a dead board. I am hoping that I can salvage the board out of the front unit to replace the board in the rear unit. Because the furnaces are slaved off of the AC units if the AC units aren't working we don't have furnace either.

My question is there a way to run the furnaces independently from the AC units on a separate thermostat so that we can at least have heat when either of the AC unit dies?
