hi. we have a 2 year 2 month old unit in our Journey. It quit heating/microwaving a year ago. had service out and they could not duplicate problem as it started working again when they walked in the door. Now, a year later, it is doing it again. Light and fan goes on but turntable doesn't as well as the microwaving and or convectioning not working.
Any ideas? out of warrenty of course!! thanks

KathiE-H, when you say light and fan; I take it to mean the exhaust fan and the stove top light are working but the inside of the oven is not. It this correct? When you open the door does a light inside come on? One of the most common breakdowns are the door switches. If this is the problem it is worth having repaired. Let me know some of these answers and I will try to help.
