Did you set the port in the cerbogx to be RV-C? There's a setting for each of the can ports for their communication types.

Yes. VE.Can1 to BMS (500kbps) and VE.Can2 to RV-C (250kbps)

I did not even realize that this much data could be bidirectional. I can't wait to dig into this stuff more.
