Sleep Number Question

An odd question, But I am getting an occasional harsh humming sound (Almost like winding a spring click) that goes for one count then stops then comes back another 3-4 times then stops for a longer period then does it again.
It seems to be at the head of our bed on the left side facing. I am unable to replicate the sound when I add or remove air from the mattress. The air pump makes a smooth humming sound.
I can't think of anything else under the bed that might make the sound.
I know this is strange, but hoping that someone else might have an idea.

Thanks,

Sure sounds like the air pump. Get your bed setup the way you want it then unplug the pump and see if the sounds disappears. You could have a bad control unit.

Ours doesn't make that sound. Are you sure it's from the bed? I looked all over for a sound under our bed and it was actually under the coach, on the opposite side. For whatever reason, it sounded like it was coming from under the bed.

That's what it seems like. Of course, when I hear it is when I'm asleep and it wakes me.
