Slide-outs and jacks not working
I have a HWH 305/325 system. I had a bad motor and pump relay, I replaced them and everything was working again. Now it is not working anymore and have been trying to trouble shoot everything. I downloaded all the manuels from the hwh site. I followed the steps in the troubleshooting steps and still nothing is working. I have power going to the pump relay. The pump relay does not click when the room extension buttons are pushed and I also noticed that there is not any power coming out the other port on the pump relay to the pump motor. Power is going to it and nothing is coming out. I couldn't find any information on why there is no power going to the motor to start it.
Thank you for any help possible.
Brian

Do you have a helper to push the button while you check for power to the motor relay, activation wire ?
I have a pdf on the 325 ; I'll look through to see if anything else stands out .

Yes, my wife is there to help and when she does there is no clicking or power going to the motor. I even bought another pump relay and the same thing happens.

Have you checked for power to one of the small terminals on the relay when the button is pushed ?
Have you followed the wiring from the relay and checked the ground connection ?
Have you had the cover off the 325 control board and tested all the fuses ?Pink boxes.

I have followed the wires to the box. Power is getting the control box to the connections in the box. I checked the fuses and they were not blown, I didn't test them. The box we have is a little different. When I get back to the RV tomorrow I will take a picture of it.

The pump relay has two aspects - the control side, and the motor side.
You’ve confirmed there is power going to the relay which completes the motor side. Quit working about big wires and pump motors.
But you don’t hear the relay click (which you normally wouldn’t because the slide makes so much noise). That means you have a control side problem.
Control side problem can be the slide in/out switch, or it could be a basement door safety switch and it’s associated circuitry. Sometimes it’s a relay, others it’s a circuit board.
Are all your basement doors closed tightly, particularly those under the slide that won’t move?
It’s harder to measure the slide-out switch because there usually isn’t a ground close by - but you need to see that you have 12 volts at the slide switch.
If your using a digital voltmeter, you might get a reading between the center terminal and one of the outside terminals of that switch. Alternative is to extend one of the meter leads to a known chassis ground. Do that, and you should see 12vdc at the center terminal of the switch.
Do you have a copy of the coach wiring diagram? It will give hopefully you a bundle of information through the wiring diagram.

The 325 manual I have indicates a " short board " or a " long board " control box ; so I assume that yours is a short board and my picture was the long board.

I just add the picture of my control box, I put a yellow circle on a red light thank blinks when pushing the slide out switches. I just noticed when I had the RV running and we push either switch the lights on the dash dim and the check antenna light comes on then will go off after about 30 seconds.

I check the wiring under the dash and tested to make sure power is getting to the switch and it is and connected the wiring back up and then that is when I tested the slides again and the pump relay is clicking now
The pump relay is now clicking and when we push the slide out buttons the load on the motor is only 5 to 7 volts.

You’ve got either a poor hot from the battery, or a poor chassis/battery ground - either at the battery or at the other end termination (at the motor or at the heavy duty slide-out relay). Corrosion, rust, loose connection, internally corroded cable - any number of things could cause the low voltage.
For certain - where the bad connection is, there will be heat.
And it is possible you’ve got a bad eatery - it may read 12vdc unloaded, but a slide-out motor pulls a lot of current that a bad battery can not produce.

Bad connection somewhere going to the pump assembly.
If it was a bad battery, I'd suspect you would have many other issues.
