Splendide Fault Code 10

My Spendide 2100 stopped working and the dial continues to rotate. So following advice from others here I was able to determine the fault code as a fault code 10. The service manual says: Missing or conflicting pressure switch signal. Anyone run across this one or have any thoughts?

Richard....... I've never run into that, but according to my service manual the testing procedure following on an F10 involves the pressure switch and the module board, both of which involve the removal of the top and/or rear panel of the machine. (pressure switch-right front top; module board-right lower rear)

Unless you have the space and skillset to follow up yourself, now might be a good time to call your service contract person!

Good Luck!

I would call Splendide first. Their tech line is very good and it doesn't cost.

Called Splendide, left a message and got a response. They said that with a fault code 10, I do need to take it to an authorized service center. I have made an appointment for Monday at the nearest one (50 miles away).

On a whim, the DW goes in yesterday afternoon and tries the Splendide and, sure enough, it starts working. Wouldn't you know it. I'll have to call Spendide and see if these things have a memory of errors like a vehicle does.

To follow up, the Splendide authorized service center, Sunny Island RV in Rockford, Il, identified that it was a faulty water pressure sensor and replaced it. All is fine now and the DW is happy.
