It is a Suburban SF-30FQ
The furnace will not shut off at set temperature sometimes (burner and blower neither will shut off). There is no rhyme or reason when it happens. Once we realize it hasn't shut off, we will shut it off on the control panel but it will continue to run for 15-20 minutes before it shuts off. Once turned back on it may be fine for a day or two, or it may happen again within a few cycles.
Tried pulling fuse out of "breaker box" and does not shut down. Even shut off main breaker and still won't shut down.
Bad thermostat?
Suggestions please and thank you.

Was that the DC Fuse for the Furnace??
DC to furnace comes from a Fused Source (15A Fuse)
W/O that Source Fuse in place there is NO way for DC to go to furnace
*Suspect it was not the DC Fuse For FURNACE
What Main Breaker did you shutoff?
Furnace is DC Voltage Only
Thermostat is a 'switch' in between the DC furnace circuit
Bad thermostat (failed closed) would allow furnace operate (fan/gas etc)
But also could be bad circuit board ....most likely thermostat
