I have one, though it is the older model without built in surge suppression, bought it at an incredibly low price needing minor repair (2 new $15 relays) on ebay a couple of years ago.

When I bought our 2004 MADP coach it had a Surge Guard 50A hardwired unit installed. It still works great and has protected us a couple times from low voltage. However, I will probably proactively replace it with a PI unit when it fits into my maintenance and budget schedule.

That's because we have been over this 100 times. Do a search. It's like beating a dead horse.

Posting back with the rest of the story, it looks like the Surge Guard products really are completely disposable. The unit arrived from Amazon missing one of the set screws that hold the wires in place on the terminal blocks, I contacted Southwire using the contact customer support email on their Surge Guard page about obtaining a replacement, and received a reply back saying they have no replacement parts for these units and suggested returning it to Amazon for a refund. (perhaps why it was sent back the first time) It tells you something when they don't even have replacement set screws for the terminal blocks.

Amazon offered to take another $30 off the unit if I keep it which I might do, if the set screws from my old cosmetically similar 34560 match.
