Surge Guard

I have an auto power HW-50 hardwired in my RV. Today I plugged into shore power then I went to check the surge guard for led indicator lights. Line 1 and line 2 were lite solid as normal. However the over/under led did not register incoming load. I then placed the surge guard in bypass BOOM LIKE MAGIC I have power. Problem is leaving surge guard in bypass runs the risk of causing extensive damage. Then I hear a strange vibrating and clicking noise coming from the surge guard. Does anyone in RVland know if this can be fixed or replaced.
Thank you,

Surge Guard

We use a surge guard and sometimes is does some strange things, turns off one leg or shuts down altogether, I contacted surge guard, they were very responsive and helpful, but I still have problems now and then, I will say that it seems to act up mostly at campgrounds with older electrical systems.

First off, Welcome to IRV2!

With your model number of HW50, I am assuming you have a Progressive Industries brand EMS. If that's true, contact their Customer Service since it has a lifetime warranty if you are the original owner.
