Tankless hot water heater install

I love my house tankless hot water heater. How feasible would it be to install one in my travel trailer? DIY plausible? Recommendations?

Should be able to install in the existing heater area.

AquaHot has been doing it for years. Take a look at their website to determine if one will work for you.

It is a standard feature on many RV's. There are even dedicated replacement units that fit in your existing location.

I know things have improved, however there are still some challenges that come in when if you are running off of your tank supply.

You better have lots of cash to buy an aqua hot. Around $8000.

The cheap household ones that I've seen are all 240v. The smallest AquaHots are $5k. They also sell refurbished ones. RV salvage yards should have some as well at cheaper prices.

There isn't a lot to go wrong with them, so buying one from a wrecked RV should be a safe bet.

There are tons of RV specific, direct fit, propane fed tankless water heaters available for under $600 with a basic google search.
