I just wanted to post over in this forum, what a great guy Roger Berke is. My refrigerator ice maker line broke and flooded my HydroHot. I posted my problems over on Roger's forum and he graciously helped me solve my problem. I'm new to the RV world and I am just overwhelmed by how sophisticated these things are and more importantly, at how nice people are here. If I had to go to a service dept. for every little thing it would be unfordable, at least for me.

Again, Thanks Roger and everyone else who has helped me to get this thing on the road.
