I assume you are talking about the Thetford Aria II toilet which I have posted my opinions of this toilet on other threads so I don't need to re-post them here again.
So to address your immediate problem, when I had my Aria II toilet, besides the fuse in the fuse panel, there is an in-line fuse located behind the toilet.
You may have to remove the toilet just to get to it. I am pretty sure that is your problem. If by chance that fuse is OK, well then you are probably looking at a new controller or motor.
You can use a DVOM to check power path to see where it stops.
