Toilet flange blow out

If you forget your toilet rinse is running with the outlet valve closed why doesn’t the the vent keep this from happening?Click image for larger version

They never cut the tank for the vent pipe.

Snake the vent from the roof and see if it goes in the tank.

water is heavy, water cannot be compressed, tank swells, eventually water would have spewed out top of vent line and down the RV

*Although those flange screws are long they aren't going into thick wood
