Can you get the exact model number off this unit. I'm with you. I have done many repairs on Dometic Sea Land toilets. Some have very subtle but odd differences.
Does this one use the plastic band held in place by a large hose clamp to hold the top and bottom halves together?
I've never seen on that doesnt just have the rubber grommet that the water pipe from the vacuum breaker doesn't just push through.
I am wondering if this is a McGyver fix someone did, and either that nut on the outside somehow expands the pipe inside the whole, or someone pushed the grommet in or ruined it and put a piece of pipe with threads on it and glued and sealed it in place.
The first thing I would do is get the bowl half of it disconnected from water and taken off. If it is working and leaking, and you need to use it for now, I would order a ball and seal before taking apart. Then you will be able to get a clear look at the vacuum breaker valve and see how it comes out.
Be careful when you take it it apart. Seal placement and direction has to be exact. I fought with min on my HR several times to fix leaks.
