Toilet seat replacement Thetford Aqua Magic II
We have a 2016 Thor Tuscany 45AT. The 1/2 bath toilet is a Thetford Aqua Magic II. The underside of the toilet seat has a "hollow molded construction" with lots of nooks and crannies that are difficult to clean. It is a very bad design! My question is does anyone know where to get a replacement seat that is of solid construction, with an "easy to clean" smooth bottom? The Thetford bowl shape is not like standard home toilets, which makes the typical replacement seats (found at Home Depot or Lowes) ill-fitting. I look forward to your replies!

I would check with Thetford...we have that same toilet in our half bath and our seat is a solid wood seat. Ours came that way, so, Thetford obviously makes them (or used to). If you can't get it through Thetford directly (some companies prefer not to sell some parts to the public) you may need to go through one of their authorized service centers. If they've gone cheap and no longer make the wooden version, you may try calling around to see if one of their service centers might have one in their older inventory.
Our 40RX has the Thetford in the half bath, but, for some strange reason, they put a Dometic (same electrically controlled macerator toilet) in the master bath. I think they were testing the useability and quality characteristics between the two, or they got a heck of deal on both brands and I got one of each. The Dometic does have a plastic lid and seat which I do like. The lid is a "soft close" type...just give it nudge downwards and it slowly eases itself closed. No accidentally dropping the lid or seat (not a good idea on a porcelain toilet. The seat is similar to your plastic one, but, it only has a couple of bracing ribs and isn't at all difficult to clean.

Thetford Aqua Magic Style II seat replacement
After speaking with the President of Bath Royale, Mark Hillman, he directed me towards the BR500-02 seat. I ordered and received it, and installation was easy with the top-mount hardware he suggested. Great fit, color match is nearly perfect, solid, slow close, and will be much easier to clean. I would highly recommend Mark and Bath Royale.

I have the Aqua Majic in my unit and replaced the seat with one I purchased at Menards.
I was an oblong seat that worked fine. I will have to say I had to add longer bumpers to the bottom of the seat. By adding those I was able to obtain a more even seat.

I did buy one of these seats. It works great on the OEM toilet. I highly recommend it 🙂

We replaced our Casita trailer OEM low quality, tacky-looking, tacky-sounding, bacteria breeding, plastic Thetford toilet with a high quality ceramic Dometic 311 Low Profile Round Toilet. This toilet uses standard residential toilet seats and standard residential toilet heated bidet seats.
