If it's the same 50A Lyght BRD switch I have, the delay board is kinda hidden behind the two main switches, and wire'ing. On the board is a small switch that you can set to 15sec delay, or no delay at all. Mine came from the factory set to 'no delay'.

I just had to replace my delay board.
