Tripp Lite RV inverter fan running always when on shore power

I'm not new to RV'ing but am to using an inverter. My new rig has a Triplite RV inverter charger (RV612ULHW). This model new is now a 750W and they have 2000 watt models, etc.

Anyway, my question is should I expect the fan to always be running while on shore power, no load, batteries fully charged? This is my current experience.

The remote (wired) has an option to move it to "charge only" which still allows shore power to continue through the outlets as does the "auto" mode that will kick it in automatically in a brown out or loss of power. If I select the "off" option on the device itself, of course the fan stops, but the shore power also will not flow through the supplied outlets. Haven't had an answer back yet from Tripp lite; manual doesn't say anything about the fan.

Thoughts?

Mine is not the same unit of course, BUT, my converter / charger's fan is temp controlled by an internal sensor, and runs any time the power bay temp is over 70f. the odd time when first plugged in there is a delay to start up, but once it starts it runs continually.
