Trouble with Norcold Fridge after rough road

Hi,
I was traveling through Georgia today on some rough highways.

Once I stopped, I noticed my Norcold fridge/freezer had a lowercase "o" on the screen.

When I opened the fridge, the interior light didn't come on.

I have unplugged it, disconnected the batteries, and cycled it on and off several times.

I also removed the control board cover on the back of the fridge and checked the connections and the 2 fuses.

I've had issues here and there with the flame not igniting, and giving an error "F", but it always ignites after cycling a few times.

The interior light is what I don't understand. There is 12v power getting to the fridge I assume since the front display is working. So why isn't the light on?

It is also not cooling or igniting at all. Just a few seconds after turning it on, it defaults to the "o" error code.

I'm on the road and hoping to not have spoiled food. I've contacted several places today, including 3 Camping Worlds, but have not received a call back.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!
cb

Edit: In addition, I'm full time on the road and have ran the fridge 24/7 on propane most of the last year or so.
