I've made a lot of calls and have done a lot of research on this issue
I could drive to Gaffney SC or Red Bay and have someone work on it
But if the problem doesn't reappear, I'd be wasting gas/money and time
It is about 9 hours to Gaffney or 5 hours to red bay ... and its winter.
I don't know that I'd trust anyone to track this down except Gaffney Freightliner No. 1 or Red Bay an distant 2nd.
I want to create a procedure where I can safely get under the rig to manually operate the pilot dump valve in an emergency
I plan to remove, clean and re-seat each HWH cable plug
I am also going to track down the pilot dump valve cable plug under the coach and clean/re-seat it
I may replace the freightliner PPV that provides air to the pilot dump valve
While I'm at it, I'm going to look for any air leaks on the air tubing and look for leaks on the air bags, ... just to check
Thats my immediate plan

When the entire sequence is not completed, the computer sorta loses it place. It cost me $160 to learn that from a mobile repairman.
What you did allowed the HWH control box to regain its memory-so to speak.
Makes perfect sense and I'll remember that.

Unless you are crawling under with the suspension fully deflated, block that chassis - we know something is wrong. You don't want it deflating while you are under there.

I also think that we need to investigate the 725 system and see if the same problem can happen. Has the Manual Dump button.
I don't know if the tow companies know that they can "fix" the problem, just by airing up via the front air valve, without them or the coach owner knowing? Hence, when the coach is towed to a location and the tech can't reproduce the problem.....

Here is the control panel overlays: I think they can use a 610 panel or a modified 625
625: Notice there is not a manual dump button - see above sentence

RKins, the HWH 610 central ground leveling system DOES have a dump valve.
