Victron Multiplus II Won't Charge From Shore Power

I have a Multiplus II 12/3000/120-50 2x120V with a ShartShunt 500A/50mV and a pair of solar chargers.

My system will charge my 6 105ah lithiums from solar with no problem, but will not charge at all from shore power. I've switched the system to "charge only" but it still won't charge from shore.

Firmware is current version. Any ideas/suggestions?

I'm not positive, just throwing things out. Could it be your batts haven't got to a low enough State of charge to trigger the charging? There might be a rebulk setting on the Victron app that can be set. My Victron solar charges fine, but my Magnum doesn't start charging until I get below the voltage I set the rebulk at.

See what on the setting of the Victron is. Go to Batt settings, under the Expert, Rebulk.

You may have a "solar priority" mode, that waits to use grid power for charging if there is solar available. For a grid tied system that wanted to save money by insuring that all the solar was used. You'd want a "grid" or "shore power" priority, that brings the battery up to your chosen state of charge automatically, even if it will stop solar input later in the day.

Thanks so much! Someone on the Victron forum suggested the same thing.
Where/how do I get in to change that setting?

Sorry, that's a victron forum, or victron manual question.
