Water Heater intermittent

Hello everyone. First time posting on here and hope someone can assist. I have a 2004 wilderness 30’ trailer. My water heater has been acting up for the past week. Sometimes it will light and sometimes it won’t. I can hear/see the spark everytime which leads me to believe that the igniter works just fine. It’ll try to light 3 times before stopping and me having to switch it off/on to try again. I’m thinking it’s the gas valve but before I spend the money on that and find out it’s possibly not that I thought I would ask here. The model is Atwood GC6AA-9E
Thanks

Check the DC voltage to gas valve solenoid WHEN spark Electrode is firing
Clean the burner assembly
*remove burner tube....small bottle brush
*remove orifice...soak in alcohol then air dry (no poking or high pressure air)

Intermittent...see pg 19 & 20
Test Power and Valve Tracts....see pg 21

Ya I cleaned it already but maybe I need to be more detailed. And I didn’t clean the orifice so I’ll do that cause if it’s semi clogged I’m sure it would cause this too. I’ll also check the voltage. Thanks for the help and the manual. I’ll just be more detailed in my cleaning this time around to ensure it’s not just dirt or something.

Dirty orifice......fuel/air does not mix properly
**soak/air dry-----if you blow it out or poke anything thru it you will damage the laser cut metered hole
Burner tube not 'aligned' with gas valve...fuel/air does not mix properly
Burner tube 'spreader plate' not parallel with end of tube....sputtering
