Water leak inside RV on floor then mysteriously stopped

I'm coming to this thread to see if I could get additional guidance and/or suggestions with a leak that occurred in my RV last weekend while dry camping. Over night I heard the water pump turn on a couple times and when I awoke I found a good amount of water on the floor of my RV that appeared to come from the commode/sink área. I immediately shut of the pump and water heater. After failing to find the cause of the leak in and around the sink and commode area I relocated to a full hook up site where I connected to city water. For some reason the leak miraculously stopped or at least I can't find it anymore. I contacted Thor and explained the situation to them and unfortunately still have not figured out the cause of the problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. For your reference this occurred on a 2012 Thor ACE 29.1. Thanks

I found once that the commode was actually pushing too much pressure through while flushing and circled around the bowl and out creating a puddle which I thought was a leak but ended up just being a pressure issue. Dunno if that's it in your case but it's worth looking at.

Do you have any pets?

One time our cat had depressed the foot pedal on the toilet just enough to have the water continuously flow. It was at night while we were asleep. Enough water kept flowing that it filled not only the toilet but the tank too. What woke me to the problem was I heard the dripping on the tile floor. Luckily it had not been over flowing for long. We were able to empty the tank and clean it up fairly easy.
Our cat has opened the generator bay and started the generator among things.
We no longer have a cat but not for those reasons. Thom is allergic to them .... a lot.

Thanks for your replies. I thought about the flush valve but I should have been able to see the water accumulate on or around the commode (unless it was under the step up to the commode. The water was only seen leaking from under the kitchen sink area (the commode is behind the sink) but all of the piping from the sink was dry. I've attached a picture of the drawing of my water system layout which Thor graciously sent me.
