I am very familiar with Wen products. They are made in China and are a lot cheaper, cost wise than the name brand stuff. You will notice things like connectors, wire quality, and other bits are not very robust.

With that said they seem to last. Longevity hasn’t been an issue as long as the oil is changed. I have a unit similar to the Wen made by the same factory with a different name plate.

This would only see occasional use. They have a couple features I like such as when you shut the generator down it automaticly drains the carburetor. Quiet for the output. About the same as my Honda 2000's.
My son is looking at the WEN for his newly purchased travel trailer.

My son ended up buying the 3800 W. WEN. He filled it with oil and gas and it fired up instantly. I was pleasantly pleased how quiet it ran even though it was sitting in the bed of his pick up where it will stay when using the generator. He can keep it covered with his locking tonneau cover when he's not using the generator.
The electric start feature is certainly nice. Not that my son needs it but for me it would be nice feature.
Having a dedicated 30 amp plug on the panel is certainly better than having to use adapters like I have to use on my Honda 2000's.
Looking at the specs. they claim over 8 hours of run time on a tank of gas. 2.2 gal. Thinking at first my Honda 2000's will run over 8 hours on 1.1 gallons of gas I thought the WEN was a little thirsty, then it hit me. To run an AC unit I would have to run both of my Honda's together to get enough wattage to run an AC. That's pretty much a wash.
We're going to a campground this weekend with full hook ups but he will be running the generator to test it out and get some run time on it for a break in period.
