WFCO converter not charging coach batteries

Hello,
I have a 2017 Forest River Cherokee wolf pup 16fq. I noticed today dim ceiling lights and sound system powered down. Coach batteries measured 9.9 volts. I am and have been hooked up to 120 shore power.

Did some checking and the Main board assembly in the WFCO converter receiving 120 volts ac. Fuse F1 on main board assembly has continuity. I reset breaker. Is there any other troubleshooting I should be performing? Model number of my converter is WF-8955PEC.

So I am now considering replacing the main board assembly. Can you please tell me the correct replacement part number for the main board assembly for my specific model? The label on my current board assembly is 8955 PEC160322. The best I could come up with for a replacement part is a WF-8955 MBA. I am not sure if that is a correct part for my application

Thank you,
Ken

There should be a pair of fuses near it that blow if the battery leads are connected reverse polarity, even for a second.

The replacement is just an 8955-MBA. Finding the exact same model number is probably difficult but these things are meant to be interchangeable. If you think you might flip to lithium batteries down the road, you might consider the 8955-MBA-AD model which supports lead acid and lithium. Not a huge price difference.

If your batteries are original models, they may be toast. :( Just be on the lookout for that. Hitting <10 volts on a battery that old is likely pretty taxing on them.
