What residential refrigerator to replace our Dometic NDR1402?

What residential refrigerator to replace our Dometic NDR1402?

Our Dometic NDR1402 propane-electric refrigerator died. The cooling unit leaked yellow powder all over the burner area. It's the two door "zig zag" door model. Dimensions are:

-height= 64 17/64 inches, 1632 mm
-width=33 11/64 inches, 855 mm
-depth=29 5/8 inches, 752mm
-volume 13.2 cf per manual

I wanted to go with an "Amish" cooling unit (made by JC Refrigeration) and sold through, but they won't make them for this model! I don't want a whole replacement propane refrigerator.

So any advice on good brand-model residential refrigerator that will fit in this space? Minimum electricity draw will be important too. Any other considerations?

The current common replacement for the Norcold 1200 - which I suspect is about the same size as your Dometic - is the Samsung RF-18. It is a 33 inch wide, counter depth fridge about 30" deep and about 69" tall. There are very few "counter depth" fridges available beyond that Samsung and a Whirlpool? Model. You don't really have much choice so the decision is simplified somewhat. I have the Samsung RF-197 which a similar model built around 2012 and it is an excellent unit. Good luck,

Thanks. My frig opening has a furnace under it, so there is no place to expand up or down. I am going to have to keep it down to 66 inches tall.
