Cool Xantrex Display Behaving Erratically after Coach Batteries Discharged

2003 Itasca 36LD
Recently accidently left accessories on in the coach, nearly depleting coach batteries completely. Batteries are now fully charged, but Xantrex power display seems to have lost its mind, all LED indicators randomly going on and off. Any thoughts on how, possibly, to reset the display..?
