Xantrex Inverter System Control Panel (SCP) no working

My coach has the Xantrex 3000 SW3012 inverter. Neither my old SCP nor the replacement will connect to the Inverter. Its dark... no power to either old or new panel


I can't control the inverter without the panel !!



Inverter is on. charging light and AC-in light are working.


There is AC power in the coach....Gen & Shore, it does not seem to be charging the batteries. Voltage drops without an external charger hooked up or engine alternator charging.



I do get a fault which clears right away after power is applied, without the panel I have no idea what the fault is.


Inverter internal circuit breakers are not tripped.



Panel Connection:

Terminators in extra ports on both ends

Tried both ports....with terminators in place... no go!

Ethernet Cable is good (Checks good on RJ45 Cable tester)




Anybody have any other ideas? I'm out of them!!



We are leaving for Oshkosh and EAA Airventure in two days. I can live with it the way it is, the coach will charge the house batteries while driving and I can connect a battery charger when parked.... not ideal but it will work.

Did you figure this out? I'm having the exact same symptoms right now. We're full-time and boondocking currently and the inverter is also not working (in addition to everything you listed). Need to get this working again ASAP. Thanks!!
