We have a 2021 Newmar Baystar 3626 with a Xantrex Freedom X inverter. While preparing for our shakedown trip I noticed the residential fridge was not cooling. Battery disconnect was off and should have been running off of inverter. With generator on everything appears to operating normally. Upon turning generator off the Xantrex screen is showing "13 error". Cycled it on/off several times with same code. Called Newmar..they referred me to Xantrex. Xantrex rep suggested hard reset (disconnect positive lead from inverter for 30 mins). After doing this display showed "3 error".
We are now at the campground. Hooked up to 50 amp power. Fridge is nice and cold and no error codes.

I haven’t had a problem with mine, but error 3 is inverting A/C output overload. While on battery, is there anything else using the inverter output other than the refrigerator?
Update...just finished our 3 day local shake down trip. Disconnected from 50 amp shore power and checked the inverter display screen. Green light, no trouble code and fridge is still on.
I'm guessing operator error....too bad I don't know what I did/didn't do so I don't do it again.
That thing generates error codes at the drop of a hat yet will have no degradation of operation. Point is, I go in there and clear them out when it generates one.
**Update** Coach went back in for the 'check list" of items to fix. With the picture I took of the "13 error code" (and additional testing?) it has been decided the inverter needs replacing. Just waiting on parts for the other minor issues to get the coach back and prepped for next trip.
