Everything looks like it is done right, how many wire feet is it to the inverter? I ask because it seems like you are getting a bit more voltage drop than I would expect given what we see of your setup?

a single battery will limit your inverter , the Battery BMS will lock out on a high amp draw on your inverter. At a min i would say two SOK 200 battery or 3 battleborn. that way you have a min of 300 amps surge available . keep in mind these can NOT be charge below 32*f and you should have a DC to DC charger to protect the truck alternator .

I agree BMS high amp cutoff is a concern, though there is a trend towards using higher amp BMS lately, until recently it was common to find 100A BMS on most 100AH batteries, sometimes 50A on lower end batteries. In recent months 120A BMS have started becoming popular on 100AH batteries, and just yesterday I saw a new review for a 100AH battery with a 200A BMS on youtube.

I can run my inverter off a single LiFePo4. Don’t do it often and only a few seconds @ 50% to defrost or steam while boondocking. Short duration, less than 6 seconds doesn’t trip inverter or BMS.

Wow 6 seconds. Doesn't seem long enough to be useful unless maybe doing a single pea or corn kernel.

When you use defrost or steam (level 5, or 50%) on your microwave, the microwave only puts out for a few seconds then cycles on and off. That’s what I meant by six seconds; Six seconds at a burst, then off then on. All microwaves work this way as far as I know. I don’t do popcorn.

That makes sense now. LOL
I've never used the microwave like that.
