Dragonfly Battery Customer Service

I bought a new coach with 6 Dragonfly 100's. There was something wrong with either the Victron setup or the Jaboni controller not charging the batteries. I called Dragonfly to ask what the preferred settings should be. I quickly got to talk to a very knowledgeable, polite tech that spoke English. He took the time to go over the setup and quickly find the problem. Even though their batteries were working perfectly.

I can't say enough about how well they took care of me. It is extremely satisfying in this day and age of voice prompts and foreign script readers that most companies call customer service.

Nice to hear positive tech support, and going into areas that were really not their issues is a positive for sure...

Thanks for sharing,
Smitty

I would have to agree , I have emailed Tech support at Battle born a few times about design of a full inverter/charger and solar system. They were responsive and helpful. I have since watched their web page and found a GREAT deal on a power bundle just after Thanks Giving on their pre black Friday sale on there " B-stock products" . For those of you that missed it the battery's where include in a bundle for around 1/2 price on the battery's . They claim they are blemish battery's , I could not find anything with odd with them. They have a full warranty , so I jumped in.

My family had a rural 9 hole golf course and I have plenty of experience with 6V La flooded batteries. We survived by purchasing new blems from a factory that made batteries for several brands 16-20 at a time. They functioned great some hade light or dark defects on the case. I would reason that Battle Born 12V LiFePO4 Batteries are the same.
