I guess I am having a hard time quantifying the risk. If the inverter trips while I'm in the camper, I will just reset the system. If it trips while I'm off galavanting, I'll be back before anything in the fridge goes bad. It's not like the fridge can't go without power for a few hours while we are on a hike with the new puppy.
