9BB and CIGS panels are much much more resistant to partial shade losses in a series wired array. I’ve tested 3x CIGS in partial shade and estimate they are 30% more efficient than 5BB monocrystalline when one panel is shaded. Haven’t tested monocrystalline 9BB cause I don’t own any. So the type of panel may enter in considerations. That being said 9BB ang CIGS are considerably more expensive.

If shading is a big concern consider ground deploy. Otherwise MPPT will "sweep" the "array" for the best voltage for max amperage. Use a separate charge controller for each "array" of series connected panels facing the exact same direction. Use charge controllers that will communicate with each other for uniform charge.
