According to Philip Von Burg, a partner for Monomoy, "MCP has invested significantly in the people, processes and products of Western RV. Over the past year, the company has both revitalized its current brands as well as launched new products in the motor home, 5th wheel and truck camper segments. The addition of an industry veteran like Bob accelerates our turnaround and growth of a great brand like WRV. Bob has significant industry experience and contacts that will help the company in its future growth plans. We are pleased to have attracted a leader of his caliber to the organization."

Said Wert, "I am extremely pleased to join the Western RV team. It will be exciting to help rebuild a great industry brand. Western has a long tradition of innovation, inspired by the customers' journey. Our biggest priorities going forward will be to: re-build the brand, re-build the dealer network, and launch new products. To re-build the brand we will start with building a world class leadership team in Yakima. We have recently made some great additions to our team and are in the process of adding several more key leaders to help accelerate the re-building of the company. Our vision for the company is to truly be a product and process innovator. This will allow us to add value at all levels of our business. As the business leader, my role will be to shape and create and environment that empowers our team to our improve customer service, our product portfolio, and our dealer distribution channel." Wert continued by saying, "Monomoy Capital Partners continues to make the necessary investments to ensure we can quickly get the products, services and processes back on track."
