THE MODERN CAR TOW DOLLY HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED AT ALL IN OVER 35 YEARS.
The modern auto tow dolly was created by Master Tow 35 years ago and was soon copied and followed by the Stehl tow dolly. Now every car tow dolly on the market is a copy of a copy of a copy with very few companies knowing why these dollies are made the way they are.
However, the Ultralight “EZE-TOW” car tow dolly has been built from the ground up. These new car tow dollies have been professionally engineered and designed to perform a specific task and do it well. You would think that there wouldn’t be much to it, but we took a simple idea and made more than 38 changes and improvements to make a good idea a great one.
First, we took out over 400 unnecessary pounds. This makes the Ultralight “EZE-TOW” the lightest dolly on the market today allowing for easy maneuverability. Be assured, we would never compromise function for form.
The Ultralight “EZE-TOW” is still the most durable non-commercial car towing dolly available anywhere at any price. Our 205-65-10 E-rated tires have an astonishing 1,650 lb. rating each for a total capacity of 3,300 lbs., which is significantly higher than most dollies on the market. Our dollies feature a full 3,500 lb. rated factory-built axle. This combination gives you the ability to tow a vehicle with a curb weight of up to 4,985 lbs.

Glad to see they became a sponsor. I have their tow dolly for over a year now and I absolutely love it.

Thanks Mr. Brown for the sponsorship...and Welcome.
http://www.irv2.com/forums/members/a...ly-117388.html
Hopes and prayers for your health to improve.
You may find that many just DO NOT understand how a dolly can make a turn without a pivot-pan or steering axle.
I have posted your YouTube How-to Video here several times trying to illustrate how it works.
There is over 10,000 miles on my EZE-Tow that I bought used and it is great...just need to order a backing lock-out key to replace the lost original and a new set of old style straps from you all before they are discontinued.
Thanks again for being a sponsor.

As someone who will be in the market for a tow dolly in the next two months I welcome you as well.
Side note: Found the Youtube video but the audio drops out at 3:55 - the remaining length. Sure would like to hear all of it.

Thank-you for the sponsorship. I have a EZE Tow Dolly and I love it - well maybe 'love' it is a little weird, but it has been a great way to bring my various front wheel drive toads along. It is a good product and I often recommend it. I did put a little class 1 tow hitch on my toads to move the dolly around :>)

Can I tow a rear wheel drive vehicle on a tow dolly with the rear tires on the dolly? How do you anchor the front tires to stay straight?

I too will be in the market for a Tow Dolly in the future. I'm all ready leaning toward the EZe Tow.
Thanks again

I have no experience with any other tow dolly except the ezetow, but all I can say is, it takes the DW and myself just about 10 minutes to secure and even less to unhook. The dolly stows away under the MH when we setup at a campground and is never noticeable. I watch the dolly in my rearview camera and it follows nicely with no sway and corners very well. Plus you just cannot beat the price!
