(April 30, 2014) -- An 11-person jury convicted a former Millet, Alberta RV dealer guilty of 31 counts of fraud over $5,000 under Section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code on April 26.
EDMONTON, AB –An 11-person jury convicted a former Millet, Alberta RV dealer guilty of 31 counts of fraud over $5,000 under Section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code on April 26, according to Digital Journal.
The jury found Arnold Donszelmann guilty of defrauding 36 consumers, Digital Journal reports.
“Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council as the Regulator for the RV industry is pleased to see a guilty verdict in what has been a long investigation and lengthy trial,” John Bachinski, executive director of AMVIC explained to Digital Journal.
