Looks pretty nice. I wonder how they figure a 8000lb tow rating. Like the king bed but the living area with a couch and tv in the middle looks like a hallway. No recliners or separate washer dryer wouldn't work for us. The colors look good.

Just looks like the couch and TV are too close to me.

Same floor plan we had in our 2015 Mirada. We liked it. If we could have had a washer and dryer like this one and the king bed, we would probably still have it.

I think that's the description of the hitch and not the tow rating. In my opinion, I expect that the driver of this motorhome isn't going to want to pull 5000 lbs. and would most likely feel much better with a weight under 4000 lbs.

The floor plan looks similar to our friend's Bounder 35K. Being that it's on a 22K chassis with a 26K GCWR, I think an 8K hitch is overly optimistic. If one is snowbirding or full-timing with this (or any 22K chassis MH) you will be pushing the GVWR limits. This will leave you with about 4K towing without exceeding the GCWR. Sounds like a marketing ploy for the uninformed.

Floor plan looks a lot like our Winnebago 35F, which we like a lot.

The 35F is a nice floorplan featuring a street side FWS.
