Best Selling Motorhome Manufacturer Adds Single Source to “Shield of Protection”

August 27, 2013 - Elkhart, IN –Thor Motor Coach, North America’s best-selling motorhome brand has expanded their industry leading “SHIELD OF PROTECTION” customer service program. Thor Motor Coach’s Shield of Protection support now includes “SINGLE SOURCE” warranty facilitation service.

To provide a simple, quick, and easy interaction, dealers and retail owners will no longer need to contact individual component part manufacturers to receive pre-authorization for warranty repairs on Thor Motor Coach branded motorhomes. Thor Motor Coach now facilitates the warranty claims on behalf of the dealer and retail owners, allowing a “SINGLE SOURCE” of contact to work with the motorhome’s component part manufacturers.
