UltraRVProducts Provides Actia / Workhorse Instrument Panel Solution

Permanent Repair for Workhorse Actia Instrument Panels

CENTRALIA, WA. --- All Workhorse chassis motorhomes and commercial trucks from 2003 to 2005 have Actia instrument clusters that are plagued with faulty LCD odometer screens. At last, there is a permanent solution! Ultra RV Products is proud to offer a proprietary industrial grade LCD screen that replaces the inferior bonded plastic ribbon technology the OEM LCD screen employs. Our LCD screen uses a high temperature silicone matrix, bonded to glass in a steel frame for optimum durability and longevity.

Our Actia instrument cluster repair service is done in-house only so that we can guarantee a professional installation as well as perform other important upgrades to your instrument cluster. All of the analog gauges receive new, higher quality stepper motors and we also reflow the soldered printed circuit board in areas known to have solder defects. We’ve made it easy to order your repair service from our website and the process to send in is straightforward. Simply remove the cluster, send it in to us, and within 7-10 business days, we will have it back to you in better than new condition!

Other instrument cluster rebuilds use the exact OEM replacement display, which will typically fail again in 4-5 years, if not sooner. This is because the OEM display construction uses flimsy bonded plastic ribbon technology in a plastic frame. Our panels use a proprietary high temperature silicone matrix bonded to glass in a steel frame, which has an estimated lifespan of up to 100 years. The back light color will be a dark blue, which allows for the highest contrast and easy daytime/evening reading. We will not be reprogramming your cluster; as a matter of fact, the mileage data will be preserved so the display will automatically read the correct mileage.

We offer special pricing for Workhorse dealers and other independent repair shops, please contact us directly for more information to be setup as a dealer. If you believe we can help with your instrument cluster issues, give us a call! We’ll be happy to assist you and eliminate the hassle of dealing with your difficult or impossible to read LCD. You can reach us at 360-736-2158, via email at
support@ultrarvproducts.com, or visit us on the web at www.ultrarvproducts.com. We look forward to making your life easier with this simple repair!
