District Sales Manager Associate

FOREST CITY, IOWA, January 6, 2011 -- Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO), a leading United States (U.S.) recreation vehicle manufacturer, has named Adam Christoffersen to the position of District Sales Manager Associate.

In his new position, Christoffersen is responsible for organizing sales events, helping create and prepare sales promotions, assisting with the promotion of Winnebago Industries’ products at motor home shows, as well as preparing marketing programs and market studies.

Previous employment includes a sales development position for VGM Financial Services, Waterloo, IA, and executive team leader for Target Corporation Ottumwa, IA. Christoffersen was also employed part-time and served as an intern for John Deere Service Parts Operations, Waterloo, IA, while attending the University of Northern Iowa (UNI), Cedar Falls, IA, Christoffersen was also employed by the Northern Iowan newspaper in Cedar Falls, as a sales representative and sales manager while attending UNI.

A native of Denver, IA, Christoffersen graduated from UNI in 2007with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing. He was a member of the Cedar Valley Young Professionals and Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization in Cedar Falls.

Christoffersen has relocated to Forest City,IA.
