Thanks guys. Purchased it in Sept 2014. Been a work in progress. Have replaced many items due to age such as. Do all my own maintenance and use only Delco part/s. Rig does not have AIR pump/s nor does it have Auto park brake system.

1. TPS
2. MAP sensor
3. PCV valve
4. IAC valve
5. EGR valve
6. Idle cont. actuator
7. Purge valve
8. Radiator hoses (upper & lower, by-pass)
9. T-stat 195F
10. Front tires (2021)
11. Right rear duals (2016)
12. Air filter (WIX)
13. Fuel hose from main tank to generator (Gates Barricade) 2018
14. Generator valve lash checked @512hrs (currently 570hrs) new valve cover gasket
15. Chassis fuel filter 57,XXX (2018)
16, New refrigerator (2018)
17. New plugs & wires heavy duty ceramic (Jan 2021)
18. Distributor rebuilt new pick up coil & ICM (2018)
19. Exhaust doughnuts & springs/nuts (both sides July 2021)
20. Anode rod water heater (9/2020)
21. New sway bar bushings (4)
22. Roof AC condenser cleaned (6/2021)
23. Solar LED panel on roof AC replaced & new LED monitor on inside panel (6/2021)
24. Roof redone by previous owner in 2013 (bi annual checks by me) No leaking
25. Coolant replaced when hoses & t-stat replaced (5/2018) Prestone green
26. Replaced BIRD, Isolator relay delay and DC solenoid (7/2020)
27. Heat wrapped trans lines, oil lines near manifold 7 pipes with 2000F wrap (7/2021)
28. Trans fluid & filter (WIX) replaced (7/2021)
29 Oil & filter @ 68,296 (6/2021) w/ Mobil 1 full synthetic & Mobil 1 Ext. Perf. filter (OD currently 71,4XX)
30. Front end lubed (6/2021)
31. Axle rebuilt (1/2016) lubed @ 68.296
32. PS & AC belts changed @ 48,881 (1/2016)
33. Serpentine belt @ 56,XXX (2018)
34. Ignition coil @ (6/2018)
35. Passenger side exhaust manifold gasket replaced by previous owner (2013)
36. LP gas regulator replaced (6/2018)
37. LP tank reconditioned (exterior) 6/2018
38. All chassis ground wires removed. cleaned and coated with Super lube
39. Toilet replaced (Sept 2014)
40. House batteries (2018)
41. Chassis battery (2017)
42. Ignition switch (base of steering column 7/2018)
43. DRAC module replaced (7/2018)
44. VSS trans sensors (6/2017)
45. Trans solenoids A & B and internal wire harness replaced (9/2018) 4L80E
46. Interior bulbs replaced with LED
47. Microquiet 4K plug replaced @ 346hrs (NGK V-tip)
48. Generator fuel filter @ 512hrs (WIX) currently 570hrs
49. Front rotor hubs, ceramic pads & master cylinder (9/2016)
50. Rear hubs pulled in 9/2016 and inspected 95 percent lining wheel cylinders great.
51. PS fluid flushed/filled (7/2018)
52. O2 sensor (9/2016)
53. LP gas detector (interior) 9/2019)
54. Aux fan motor (5/2018)

And I know I likely left stuff off lol! Not looking to sell but...LOL! (everything sells for the right price)

Very nice rig. Looks to be in good condition. Good job doing all of the deferred maintenance. Your repair list looks very familiar to mine.

Thanks. I ended up fabricating those missing pieces that sit above the radiator area to prevent incoming air from missing the radiator. I was just in your neck of the woods 1.5 weeks ago (San Jose) Wife need a run to the Japanese market.

I installed an adhesive J channel drip rail down each side near roof edge. That alone virtually eliminated the streaking down the sides. Also now give it a coat of Mothers CMX each year.

Safe to say if you ever do sell it the new buyer will have a solid maintenance history.
